Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Burrows lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Fella has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Fella and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Hunt Mfer!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mfer darts in looking for a takedown but Thibodeaux Jr. gets double underhooks and turns Mfer into the cage.

Mfer shoots in looking for a takedown. Thibodeaux Jr. tries to sprawl out of it but Mfer keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Thibodeaux Jr. manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Thibodeaux Jr. takes one on the chin but seems OK.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mfer is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Thibodeaux Jr. can't fight it off and eventually Mfer manages to take the fight to the floor. Thibodeaux Jr. looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Mfer drops back, looking for a kneebar! Thibodeaux Jr. looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Thibodeaux Jr. looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Thibodeaux Jr.!

Mfer is looking to regain half guard here but Thibodeaux Jr. keeps moving and retains side control.

Thibodeaux Jr. is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Mfer's shoulder. That is not cool.

Thibodeaux Jr. appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.

and Mfer counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Mfer misses with the combination.
Thibodeaux Jr. takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Mfer does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Hunt Mfer showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
