The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hanson looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Hanson shoots in for a takedown but Orlov shows good takedown defense.
Orlov throws a hook but Hanson blocks it.
Orlov throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Hanson fails to land the takedown.
A slow jab from Orlov misses its intended target.
Nice defenses there by Hanson.
Hanson shoots in for a takedown but Orlov shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Vlad Orlov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nick Hanson.
Hanson with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Orlov to score with a decent uppercut.

It looks like Nick Hanson has been cut.
Orlov connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

Orlov lands a big right hand that sends Hanson crashing to the mat! Orlov stays standing though and waves Hanson back to his feet!

Orlov lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Hanson falls backwards - clearly groggy! Orlov dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

Hogan throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Queriza was covering up waiting for the punch and Hogan finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Queriza is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Queriza looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Hogan is defending well. Queriza quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Hogan has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Queriza celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

Nub is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Nub keeping moving, preventing Dodson from controlling successfully.

Nub has his feet on Dodson's thighs here. He's pushed Dodson off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Dodson screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!

Ade tries to close the distance and clinch but Smith swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Smith lands with a kick to the temple. Ade shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Smith throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Smith is defended easily by Ade.
Smith on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Ade. Ade obviously looking to wear him down.
The fight stays on the outside here - Ade looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Ade defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Smith.
Smith shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Ade as he avoids it easily.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Smith pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Smith shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Ade as he avoids it easily.

and Smith counters with a good low kick that Ade was not able to check.
Ade throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Lemon Ade is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Ade misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Ade lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Ade is looking to clinch but Smith is avoiding it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Paul Smith will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

It looks like Paul Smith has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ade darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

Ade lunges at Smith with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Smith's hand.
Ade throws a head kick but Smith moves out of range.
Smith circles away from the clinch attempt.
Ade misses with a series of wild punches.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Ade stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Smith.
Smith avoids the body shot from Ade.

and Ade cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Smith takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Ade cracks Smith with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Smith fails with a takedown attempt.

Ade connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Smith's hands.
An inside leg kick lands from Ade.
Smith has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Smith there as he acknowledges the shot.
Ade lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Smith circles away quickly and effectively.
Ade throws a nice looking combination but Smith bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Ade will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

and Smith decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Ade's guard.

Ade breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Ade lands a jab-cross combination.
Smith wants to clinch up but Ade keeps it at a distance.
Ade moves in looking to clinch but Smith pushes him off.
Ade fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

And that's the end of the fight!
