Buakaw got an extra few seconds to recover there, which could have made all the differences as he stumbles back to his feet. The referee looks into his eyes and decides to allow the bout to continue. Can he survive?!

Bowser seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

and Bowser cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Bowser moves out of range of the strikes.

Mata walks into a stiff left hand from Bowser.

A low kick from Mata misses
and Bowser counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Mata closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Bowser avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Mata takes a jab right on the kisser.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Bowser, as that shot connected.
Mata misses with a left hand
and Bowser counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Mata is rocked!
Mata takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Mata is still on wobbly legs! Can Bowser finish him?
Bowser lands a right and a left and another right! Mata goes down! Oh, he's in big, big trouble! 3,4,5,6,7,8... he's up to one knee... 9,10! He can't beat the count - this one is all over!
