I think Tyberos might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Today We Hunt!. Cruz has chosen Daddy Yankee / Gasolina as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

A fine choice. Liam Walker told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Lee. Walker does a little dance to reset his feet.
Walker throws a sloppy head kick and Lee moves out of range easily.
Walker rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lee moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Lee really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Lee lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Walker closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Lee looks for the body kick but Walker saw that one coming.
A little jabbing left from Walker on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Walker avoids the head kick by Lee.
Walker throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Walker bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Lee's head backwards.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Lee! Walker is out on his feet! Lee rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Walker is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Walker is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

That kick from White tenderised Maenpaa's leg. Maenpaa is trying to keep his angry face on.
Albert White seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
White waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Maenpaa.
A little feinted left hand from Maenpaa on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
White stuns Maenpaa with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Maenpaa gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Maenpaa misses with a straight right.
White ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Maenpaa moves away.

White has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Maenpaa is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. White yanks on the arm and Maenpaa is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by White.
