In defeat, Theros Ironfeld stepped up to the mic, saying 'Came in here thinking I could get a chance at that belt, but when the pieces don't fit, the Blacksmith goes back to the forge. I'll be back.'.

Tiramanti throws a lazy right hand but Gomez sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Gomez tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Tiramanti manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Tiramanti checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Gomez throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Tiramanti.
Gomez misses with a hook. Tiramanti ducked under it nicely.
Gomez ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Tiramanti moves away.
Tiramanti on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Gomez. Gomez obviously looking to wear him down.
Gomez tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Tiramanti has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
