As Helwani tries to get set, Vicenzo tries to push him back and clinch up but Helwani manages to avoid the attempt.

It looks like Dana Helwani has been cut.
Helwani is trying to drag Vicenzo to the mat but Vicenzo just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
