Bean tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Lawson was well out of range. Poor timing from Bean.

and Lawson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

and Lawson cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Tu goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Muhmoney is on top in guard.

Tu is looking for a triangle but Muhmoney pushes his legs off easily.
Tu has his hands on Muhmoney's head, controlling the position.

Muhmoney wants to control from the top but Tu keeps moving.
Tu wants to sweep here but Muhmoney controlling him for the moment.

Muhmoney knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Tu on the ground.

Tu has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Muhmoney. Oh but Tu has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Muhmoney goes limp - he's gone! Tu jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!

Dracarys throws a hook but Honeysuckle blocks it.
Honeysuckle misses with a body kick.
Dracarys changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.

Honeysuckle closes the distance and pushes Dracarys back into the cage.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown attempt by Hinkle or perhaps it was just good defense by Entwhistle, which made it look bad.
Entwhistle now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Entwhistle throws a series of punches but Hinkle moves out of range.
Nice defenses there by Hinkle.
Hinkle appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Hinkle shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Entwhistle swings for the body but Hinkle moves out of range.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Hinkle has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Hinkle is nestled in close to Entwhistle, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Hinkle tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Entwhistle defends well and Hinkle ends up having to push Entwhistle into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Hinkle is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Entwhistle is defending well.

Entwhistle lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Hinkle backwards.

A nice left hand lands by Entwhistle.
Entwhistle pushes Hinkle back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Entwhistle manages to break the clinch.
Entwhistle wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Entwhistle connects with a looping right hand.
It looks like Roy Hinkle has been cut.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Entwhistle bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
John Entwhistle seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Entwhistle misses with a few strikes there.

Hinkle takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Entwhistle paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Hinkle is rocked!

Oh Hinkle is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Entwhistle ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Hinkle seems to have got his legs back now.
Entwhistle scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Hinkle doesn't seem bothered though.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Entwhistle closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Hinkle! Entwhistle dives in looking to finish! Hinkle is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
