Blikstein feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Jarvinen is pressed up against the cage. Briggs has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Jarvinen down to the mat. Jarvinen avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Jarvinen cracks Briggs with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Jarvinen has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Briggs to stand back up!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.

Thibodeaux Jr. feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Halsti sprawling to the canvas! Halsti rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Thibodeaux Jr. finish him?!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Thibodeaux Jr. dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Halsti stiff and motionless on the mat!
