Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bishop clinches up with Bhate and pushes him back against the cage.

Bishop is fighting off a takedown attempt but Bhate is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Bishop to the mat. Bishop regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Bhate stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bishop swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Bishop looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Bishop is looking for a triangle but Bhate pushes his legs off easily.

Bishop looking for a guillotine here but Bhate defends easily.

Bishop working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Bhate doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Bhate manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Bishop looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Bishop controls Bhate momentarily but Bhate frees himself.
Bhate has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Bhate drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Bhate jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Bhate is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Bhate is posturing up here but Bishop has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Bhate tries to roll out but it's too tight and Bhate has to tap! Slick submission there by Bishop!

Greaves dodges the punch combination from Prepolec.
Greaves tries to counter by clinching up but Prepolec breaks away and moves out of range.
Greaves takes one to the chin there.
Gamma Greaves seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Greaves tries to close the distance and clinch but Prepolec swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Prepolec throws a good cross that connects.
A shot to the body from Greaves misses
and Prepolec connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Look low, kick high! Prepolec uses the oldest trick in the book to send Greaves tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Prepolec is absolutely delighted - when Greaves wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
