Mikey Beckham had a terrible time trying to make weight. After initially coming in at 138.9, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. Stepping on the scales for a second time, he still failed to make the required weight and after much deliberation, his fight with Vladimir Kuznetsov was cancelled.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jackson has taken the fight to the clinch.

Kaboom Jackson seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Jackson has Mellencamp pressed against the cage, preventing Mellencamp from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Jackson has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Mellencamp is trying to keep an underhook but Jackson manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Mellencamp pushes Jackson off but Jackson dives into side control.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Jackson has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Mellencamp is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Jackson yanks on the arm and Mellencamp is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Jackson.

Edwards fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Coleman to the ground. Edwards is now in Coleman's guard.
Edwards won't allow Coleman to sweep him here.
Coleman is adopting a defensive guard.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Edwards working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Coleman manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Edwards manages to get himself to full guard.

DC takes a head kick and keeps coming.

Skull lands a big head kick that sends DC tumbling to the mat! Skull takes a step backwards and waves DC back to his feet - he wants the finish!
DC is rocked!

Oh DC is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
DC misses with a knee to the head.
DC seems to have got his legs back now.
DC definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
DC tries for a takedown but Skull manages to get underhooks.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Kanne seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Marx shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Kanne is backing up but Marx catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Kanne covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Marx Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!

It looks like Itzy Bitzy has been cut.
Bitzy throws a lazy right hand but Matson sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Matson looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

Matson closes the distance and pushes Bitzy back into the cage.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Bitzy.
Matson working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Matson lands with a right to the head.
Matson has a couple of punches blocked by Bitzy.

Matson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Matson looks to score with a jab to the body but Bitzy is just out of range.
Bitzy lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Matson circles away quickly and effectively.
Bitzy misses the shot to the body.
Matson doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Bitzy ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

and Bitzy counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Bitzy lands a really nice looking cross but Matson seems unphased.
Bitzy tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Matson was well out of range. Poor timing from Bitzy.

Bitzy sizes up Matson with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Bitzy swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Matson uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Bitzy.

and Matson counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Matson throws a lazy right hand but Bitzy sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Bitzy throws an ugly left hook that misses
enabling Matson to counter with a crisp jab.
Matson moves away from the strike by Bitzy.
Matson looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Matson avoids the body shot from Bitzy.
Matson cracks Bitzy with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Bitzy tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Matson pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Bitzy is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Draxinger takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

and Draxinger counters with a three punch combo that has Lopez backing up. Lopez nods at Draxinger to acknowledge the strikes.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Lopez, as that shot connected.
It looks like Mohan Draxinger has been cut.

and Draxinger counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
