Stevens shoots in looking for a takedown. Lee tries to sprawl out of it but Stevens keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Lee manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Joseph closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Powers is looking for a sweep. Joseph is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Joseph slows the pace down in half guard.
Joseph tries to stand but his arm is trapped.
Powers wants to improve his position but Joseph is controlling well.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Joseph trying to control from half guard but Powers is working away.
Joseph prevents Powers from improving his position.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Powers is trying to control but Joseph manages to pass to mount!
Powers tries to lock up and control but Joseph gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Joseph is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Powers can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Joseph is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Powers can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Powers is wriggling around trying to escape.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Joseph stands up and beckons Powers to join him on the feet.
Joseph lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Powers crumples to the floor! Joseph milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
