Colton fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Kato, pushing him back against the cage.
Kato should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Colton is trying to pull guard but Kato has him pressed against the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

and Glover counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Jackson tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Glover defends well and Jackson ends up having to push Glover into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Roger Glover has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jon Jackson.

A counter left hand to the body from Glover misses its target.
A slow jab from Glover misses its intended target.

Jackson pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

A quick step to the side and Glover tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

Jackson closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Jackson lands in his opponent's guard.
