The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crunch! Mountain slams his shin into Gracie's torso.
Gracie gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Gracie changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mountain tries to avoid it but Gracie manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mountain to the ground. Mountain escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Mountain comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Gracie has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

and Kulku finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Potatoes is breathing heavily.

Kulku scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Kulku lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Potatoes shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Kulku as he avoids it easily.
Kulku dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Potatoes. That did some damage!

Sacka Potatoes is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Potatoes takes a jab right on the kisser.
Kulku connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Kulku lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Potatoes has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Kulku finds it's way round the side to connect with Potatoes's head.
Potatoes is still on wobbly legs! Can Kulku finish him?
Kulku cracks Potatoes with a right hand to the side of the head.

Potatoes closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Kulku's guard.

The fighters are working up against the cage. Kulku manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.
Kulku lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Potatoes backwards.
Kulku pushes Potatoes against the cage. Kulku is working some dirty boxing. Kulku pushes off with a quick right hook! Potatoes goes down! Potatoes tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Kulku moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Aki Kulku!
