Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Harun Aydin (ranked 4001 p4p, 2660 weight class) and Kieth Stokes (ranked 412 p4p, 321 weight class). Aydin comes to the cage accompanied by Mockingbird - Eminem. On his way into the cage it seems that Harun Aydin has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Harun Aydin seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stokes bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
The crowd cheers as Aydin lands an impressive looking overhand right. Stokes doesn't seem phased though.
Aydin throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Stokes on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Stokes ducks under a wild hook from Aydin.

Stokes changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Aydin looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Stokes tries to advance to mount but Aydin denies him.

We've been hearing good reports from Aydin's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Medeiros working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
