Mason jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle. Ooooh, that looks tight Rocky is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Rocky and Mason has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Rocky sneaks out the side door and pushes Mason away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.

I would just about give that final round to Apollo Rocky.
Well Rocky has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Tatum lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Fredricks falls backwards - clearly groggy! Tatum dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Haw Thorn (ranked 60 p4p, 182 weight class) and Ahjo Kuomanen (ranked 7 p4p, 15 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Thorn might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to For Heavy Metal we will die!. Kuomanen has chosen HonestKey - One Shot as his entrance music. Ahjo Kuomanen told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ahjo Kuomanen!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Percy O'Donnell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kuomanen changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Kuomanen throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Thorn's waist but Thorn gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kuomanen off to one side.

And Kuomanen tries to counter it with a takedown but Thorn pushes his down on his head and steps out.
