Dana Black had a terrible time trying to make weight. After initially coming in at 153.2, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. Stepping on the scales for a second time, he still failed to make the required weight and after much deliberation, his fight with John James was cancelled.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Murskaa is on top in guard.

Murskaa seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Murskaa has gone for a leg lock! Grave slips out almost immediately though and dives into Murskaa's guard.

Murskaa quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Grave has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Murskaa celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

A relieved looking Malig Murskaa thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.

Beznisko shoots for a takedown but Ilmarinen saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Ilmarinen uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Beznisko.
Beznisko scores with the left hand. Ilmarinen knows he should have avoided that one.

Ilmarinen closes the distance and pushes Beznisko back into the cage.
Ilmarinen lands a body punch in the clinch.
Beznisko is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Beznisko has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
A short left from Ilmarinen.
Ilmarinen is pressed up against the cage. Beznisko has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Ilmarinen down to the mat. Ilmarinen avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Jalo Ilmarinen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ruslan Beznisko.
Ilmarinen walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
