The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slice takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Good exchange - Reid coming out on top.
Akimbo Slice seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Slice tries to score a power double leg takedown but Reid sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Slice somewhat.
Reid lands a jab-cross combination.
Slice shoots in but no luck this time.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Slice is defended easily by Reid.
Slice seems to have recovered his senses.
Reid dances in with a quick combination. Slice is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Reid snaps Slice's head back. Slice stumbles backwards against the cage. Reid steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Slice's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Slice just didn't come prepared.
