Sanchez's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Mexican Hat Dance. On his way into the cage it seems that Hammerhead Sanchez has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Hammerhead Sanchez seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Groove keeps the fight on the outside.
Sanchez misses with a straight right.

He only made it down to 206.7lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Cartman showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Nugget.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Venkman throws out a leg kick but Wright moves out of range and Venkman only half commits.

Venkman feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
