Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Armand Hammer (ranked 2191 p4p, 262 weight class) and Death Minister (ranked 3642 p4p, 393 weight class). Hammer comes to the cage accompanied by Hammer Time. Minister has chosen Rhapsody of Fire as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Minister swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Hammer bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
A jab from Hammer finds it's way through Minister's defenses.
Hammer fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Minister blocks a jab.
Hammer swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
A telegraphed right hand from Hammer misses the target.
Hammer waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Minister.
Hammer rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
letting Minister counter with a right hand.
Hammer throws out a powerful jab.
Minister bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Hammer's head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hammer misses with a wild body shot.
Minister throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Hammer sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Minister throws a jab when Hammer was well out of range.
Minister feints a jab promting Hammer to slip. Minister then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Hammer slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Hammer throws a body punch but Minister moves out of range.
Minister fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.

Hammer defending well as Minister loads up on a big left hand.
Minister lands a nice hook to Hammer's body. Hammer takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Hammer definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Minister blocks a jab.
Hammer throws out a powerful jab.

Hammer with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Minister to score with a decent uppercut.
Hammer on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

and Minister counters with a stiff right hand.

Hammer is rocked!
Minister throws a big shot that misses.

Minister lands a left and a right that send Hammer crashing to the mat, dazed. Minister thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Oh Hammer is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The crowd cheers as Hammer lands an impressive looking overhand right. Minister doesn't seem phased though.
Hammer swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Minister counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Hammer thinking.
Minister drops Hammer with a huge uppercut! Hammer drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Minister is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Death Minister!
Death Minister took to the mic in his post fight interview and said 'Your soul is claimed, I will see you again in HELL.'.
Armand Hammer spoke after the fight, saying 'Back to the gym!'.
