The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Valeri Chadov and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mustafaev keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

And an attempted straight right on the counter from Phobicboy! But no joy.
Phobicboy cracks Mustafaev with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
It looks like Marat Mustafaev has been cut.
Mustafaev closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mustafaev went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.

Marat Mustafaev seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Mustafaev throws a right and a left that both miss.
Mustafaev tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Phobicboy manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
The fight stays on the outside here - Mustafaev looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Mustafaev's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

and Phobicboy counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Phobicboy connects with the punch.
Phobicboy circles away from the clinch attempt.
Mustafaev tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Mustafaev takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Mustafaev is rocked!

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Phobicboy in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.

Phobicboy weaves into range and cracks Mustafaev right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Mustafaev goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Phobicboy is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
