Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Hugh Jorgon (ranked 4693 p4p, 0 weight class) and Muamer Tomovic (ranked 5230 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Wesley Smith and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tomovic throws a right hand that Jorgon ducks under and follows up with a left that Jorgon also avoids with ease.
Tomovic scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Jorgon wants to clinch up but Tomovic keeps it at a distance.
Jorgon throws a series of punches but Tomovic moves out of range.
Jorgon has a takedown stuffed.
Jorgon gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Jorgon takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Tomovic lands a nice shot to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jorgon shoots in for a double leg but Tomovic sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
The fight stays on the outside here - Jorgon looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Jorgon throws a low kick, looking for Tomovic's leg but Tomovic calmly moves out of range.
Tomovic moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Tomovic punishes Jorgon's body with a nice straight punch.
Tomovic stuns Jorgon with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Tomovic throws a series of punches but Jorgon moves out of range.
Jorgon doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Tomovic counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hugh Jorgon. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Jorgon is breathing heavily.

Tomovic pushes Jorgon up against the cage in a clinch.
Jorgon changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Tomovic fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Tomovic throws a head kick but Jorgon moves out of range.

and Tomovic counters with a one-two to the body.
Tomovic looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Jorgon tries to close the distance and clinch but Tomovic swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Tomovic throws a head kick that misses.
Decent striking displayed by Tomovic there.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Tomovic closes the distance and pushes Jorgon back into the cage.
Tomovic is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Jorgon gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Tomovic manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Tomovic manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Jorgon manages to get himself to full guard.

Jorgon is striking from the bottom but Tomovic uses the opportunity to pass into half guard.

Tomovic is keen to just control but Jorgon is a slippery customer.

Jorgon looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jorgon wants to get back to full guard but Tomovic has passed into side control.

Tomovic decides to stand back up. Tomovic steps back and let's Jorgon get back to his feet.
Jorgon misses with a low kick.
Jorgon doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Tomovic is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Jorgon rather than just go for the knockout.
A left and a right from Tomovic both land. Nice combination.

It looks like Hugh Jorgon has been cut.
Tomovic throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Jorgon crashing down! Jorgon tries to stagger back to his feet but Tomovic just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Jorgon asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.
