The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Top avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Kamchybekov tries to clinch up but Top circles away and keeps his distance.
Thip Top seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Top throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Kamchybekov.

It looks like Bekbulat Kamchybekov has been cut.
Top slips a straight right by Kamchybekov.

Top has managed to clinch.
Top has Kamchybekov pressed against the cage, preventing Kamchybekov from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Kamchybekov can't break the clinch.
Top creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Kamchybekov's defenses.
A nice right hand lands inside from Top.

Top lands a vicious elbow to the side of Kamchybekov's head that scrambles his senses and sends him wobbling down to the canvas! Top tries to finish him with strikes but Kamchybekov still seems able to defend himself so Top steps back and lets Kamchybekov get back to his feet - he wants no part of the ground game.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Kamchybekov tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Oh Kamchybekov is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kamchybekov wants to stay close but Top steps back to make room for something. Kamchybekov seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Top and Kamchybekov drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!
