Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Angelica Nugulagamba (ranked 4168 p4p, 441 weight class) and Martin Kabara (ranked 6400 p4p, 545 weight class). Nugulagamba comes to the cage accompanied by Bartolito. Angelica Nugulagamba has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nugulagamba dives in and grabs Kabara's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kabara pushes down on Nugulagamba's head and hops out.

Martin Kabara showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Nugulagamba will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Kabara must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

He's trying desperately to grab hold of Nugulagamba around the waist but Nugulagamba pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Angelica Nugulagamba spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
