Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Albert Thompson (ranked 3645 p4p, 331 weight class) and Green Pablano (ranked 5960 p4p, 407 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pablano tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Thompson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Thompson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Thompson connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Pablano throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Thompson lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Pablano lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the ropes.
Pablano throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Thompsons head.
Pablano gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

It looks like Albert Thompson has been cut.
Thompson lands an uppercut.

Thompson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Thompson digs a good body shot into Pablano's ribs.
Pablano takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Thompson misses with a left hand

and Pablano counters by clinching up.
A battle for position here, against the ropes.
A right hand to the body from Thompson.
Thompson lands with a short shot to the head.
Thompson lands a body shot.
Pablano looks winded!

Thompson breaks the clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Pablano looks to throw the jab but Thompson is out of range.
Thompson ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Thompson lands a jab.
Thompson throws a one two combo.
Thompson connects with a quick right hand that sends Pablano tumbling backwards onto the canvas! As his head bounces into the ropes, it doesn't look good for him beating the count! 3,4,5,6,7 and he's up! No, he's back down again! This one is all over - the referee has called off the fight!
