The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lizard fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Mcgregor takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Lizard connects with a single shot there.
Mcgregor takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Mcgregor doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Lizard slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Lizard pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Mcgregor back to the cage. Lizard follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Samuel Lizard seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
