Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

25 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Ronnie Hepple!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
30 - 15 - 2, fighting out of Montreal, Yonglong Li!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hepple fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Li looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Hepple throws the left hand but Li avoids the punch easily.
Nice body kick from Hepple.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Jab, jab by Li - just one landing.
Li slips under a jab.
Li is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Hepple with a body shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A lazy left from Hepple finds it's target.
Hepple swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Hepple looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Li misses with a body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hepple throws a body shot but no joy.
Hepple buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Li throws an off balance right hand
and Hepple cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Hepple throws a nice outside leg kick.
Li scores with a nice strike.
Hepple is looking to clinch but Li is avoiding it.
Li looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Li lands an overhand right.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hepple takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Danga de danga de dang - Hepple scores with a four punch combination!
It looks like Yonglong Li has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Li ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Li swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Hepple cracks Li with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Ronnie Hepple seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hepple cracks the inside of Li's front leg.
Hepple closes the distance and clinches.
Li digs a right hand underneath Hepple's ribcage. Hepple let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Li throws a head punch that misses.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Hepple lands a hook that snaps the head of Li backwards.
Hepple cracks Li with a nice body shot.
A right hook to the body lands for Hepple.
Li looks winded!
Hepple drops Li with a big knee straight up the middle! Li is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!
Li is rocked!
Hepple lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Li up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Hepple from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Li's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ronnie Hepple!
Ronnie Hepple was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
