The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Daniel Blasius and Saam Ante.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nikolas lands a lovely overhand right.
Vos doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Pierre Nikolas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nikolas sizes up Vos with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Vos takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
A looping hook to the body misses from Nikolas. Vos does a little dance to reset his feet.
Vos let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Nikolas misses with an uppercut
and Vos counters with a thumping low kick.
Nikolas misses the shot to the body.
Vos drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Nikolas defends it well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Vos takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Nikolas lands with a nice body punch.

Vos shoots in and drives through. Nikolas sprawls well.
Nikolas throws a right hand that misses

and Vos counters with a takedown into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Vos tries to stand but Nikolas is controlling his head.
Vos is looking to take a break and control but Nikolas is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
