The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Purcell, pushing him back against the cage.

Jackson is trying to trip Purcell. He has hold of a leg but Purcell is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Jackson persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Purcell manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Jackson manages to get himself to full guard.
Jackson on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Jackson tries to get out of the position.
