The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pimpson lands a high kick!
Starr throws a series of punches but Pimpson moves out of range.
Pimpson lands with a kick to the temple. Starr shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Starr is rocked!

Pimpson rushes Starr and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Oh Starr is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Starr is pressed up against the cage. Pimpson has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Starr down to the mat. Starr avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Pimpson takes one on the button.
Starr looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Starr seems to have got his legs back now.
Starr fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Pimpson is looking to clinch but Starr is avoiding it.
Starr misses with a jab, cross combination.
Starr slow jab from Pimpson misses its intended target.
Pimpson shoots in but Starr avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Pimpson looks for a takedown but Starr sprawls well.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Starr blocking the ground and pound.
Starr tries to lock up and control but Pimpson gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Pimpson is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Starr can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Starr knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Pimpson on the ground.

Pimpson misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Pimpson postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Starr in real trouble here! The ref calls for Starr to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
