Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Sambulo Yeboah (ranked 991 p4p, 29 weight class) and Dominick De Struicao (ranked 2734 p4p, 84 weight class). Yeboah comes to the ring accompanied by Lionel Richie - All Night Long. De Struicao comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Walk With Me In Hell kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Sambulo Yeboah had a look across the ring there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 25 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dominick De Struicao!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Alan Glass and Tiny Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yeboah avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
De Struicao cracks Yeboah with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Sambulo Yeboah seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
De Struicao misses with a straight right.
Yeboah throws a head kick that misses.
De Struicao throws a sloppy head kick and Yeboah moves out of range easily.
Yeboah uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from De Struicao.
Yeboah throws a right and a left that De Struicao avoids nicely.
De Struicao throws the kick towards the body but Yeboah avoids it.
Yeboah takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Yeboah misses with a head kick.

Yeboah is breathing heavily.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from De Struicao.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Yeboah swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Yeboah throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Yeboah has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Yeboah has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Yeboah pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
De Struicao takes a swing at Yeboah's ribcage but misses.
Yeboah tries to work over De Struicao's front leg with a kick but De Struicao checks it.

De Struicao lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Yeboah is rocked!
Yeboah walks straight into devastating uppercut and drops to the floor, clearly wobbled! Can he beat the count? 4,5,6,7... he's up! And he's down again! The ref steps in and calls an end to the fight! What a punch that was!

Dominick De Struicao decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
