PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Myke Bonner (ranked 4364 p4p, 0 weight class) and Greg Lewis (ranked 5036 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Bonner might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Robert Tepper - Theres No Easy Way Out. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lewis on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Bonner throws a head kick that misses.

and Lewis counters with a single leg into guard. Bonner didn't expect that.
Bonner knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lewis on the ground.
Lewis slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Lewis lands a couple of elbows.
Lewis seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Lewis arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Bonner's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
