Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kolmogorov Kryukov (ranked 5491 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rob Gaunce (ranked 4847 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Elvis Blanc and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gaunce misses with a body kick.
Gaunce has taken the fight to the clinch.
Gaunce is pushing Kryukov up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Gaunce has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Kryukov uses from the top position.
Gaunce lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
Gaunce wants to control from the top but Kryukov keeps moving.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Gaunce throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Kryukov works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Kryukov throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Gaunce on the side of the head.

Gaunce closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kryukov is trying to stand back up but Gaunce is controlling him

Gaunce is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

It looks like Kolmogorov Kryukov has been cut.
Gaunce throws some wild stikes that Kryukov manages to avoid easily.
Gaunce postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Kryukov looks a forlorn figure.
Kryukov is rocked!
Kolmogorov Kryukov's cut is getting worse.
A big strike lands for Gaunce! That's really hurt Kryukov and he's turned his back - Gaunce keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Gaunce jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
