Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, David Schapiro and Dean Styles.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cain connects with a jab.
Farva dodges the punch combination from Cain.
Cain connects with a single shot there.
Cain lands a nice hook to Farva's body. Farva takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Cain enables Farva to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Cain manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Cain is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Farva passes Cain's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Farva slips a nice elbow through Cain's hands, connecting with Cain's forehead.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Cain is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Cain is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Farva scores with a couple of nice shots.

It looks like Rain Cain has been cut.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Cain has hold of Farva's hands but Farva slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Well, if Farva is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

That has opened up Rain Cain's cut even more.
Farva content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.

Farva lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Cain! More strikes land and this one is all over! Farva jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!

Rodney Farva was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
