Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bong Go (ranked 6169 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jan Chrzan (ranked 3477 p4p, 0 weight class). Bong Go could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jan Chrzan's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jan Chrzan!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Kenichi Hosakawa and Taro Takaoka.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Chrzan gets tackled into the cage by Go. Go maintains the clinch.

Chrzan escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Chrzan throws a sloppy body shot

and Go counters with a nice double leg into side control. Chrzan won't be happy with that.

Go is trying to get an arm triangle but Chrzan is defending well.

Go tries for a kimura but Chrzan is defending well.
Chrzan tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Go wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Go looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Chrzan manages to work his way to half guard, despite Go's best efforts.

Go is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Chrzan gets back to full guard.

Go is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Chrzan is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Chrzan has escaped and now he's on top!

Chrzan drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Chrzan jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Chrzan stops Go from standing up.
Go keeping moving, preventing Chrzan from controlling successfully.
Go wants to stand and escape but Chrzan is having none of it.

Chrzan drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Chrzan jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Chrzan stands up and waves to Go to follow him.

Go closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Go lands in his opponent's guard.

Chrzan has his feet on Go's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

Oooooh!!! Chrzan has knocked Go down with a huge combo! Chrzan steps away and waves a wobbly Go back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Go is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Go changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Chrzan tries to avoid it but Go manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Chrzan to the ground. Chrzan escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Oh Go is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Go shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Chrzan sprawls well. Chrzan wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Go gets slowly back to his feet.
Go seems to have got his legs back now.
Go tries to clinch up.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Chrzan throws an overhand right that drops Go like a sack of potatoes! Chrzan dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
