Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bobby LeBlanc (ranked 3868 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zach Sanders (ranked 5324 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bobby LeBlanc!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Zach Sanders!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Russell Pearce and Franklyn Lucas.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanders throws a head kick but LeBlanc moves out of range.
Zach Sanders seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
LeBlanc swats away the attempt to clinch by Sanders.
Sanders misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
LeBlanc avoids the head kick by Sanders.
LeBlanc tries to counter with a takedown but Sanders is quick to defend against it.

Sanders pushes LeBlanc up against the cage in a clinch.
LeBlanc is trying to push Sanders away but Sanders has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Sanders is not content to let LeBlanc control the position.

The referee asks LeBlanc politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. LeBlanc prefers to stall for the moment though.

That was a close round but I would say that Bobby LeBlanc will probably get the nod.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. LeBlanc connects with a nice short shot to Sanders's temple.
