Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Wesley Smith and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morricone tries a head kick but it misses.
Consuelue sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Consuelue closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Morricone did well to prevent Consuelue getting side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Consuelue stands up and beckons Morricone to join him on the feet.
Consuelue takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Morricone pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Consuelue fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Morricone, pushing him back against the cage.
Still in the clinch, Morricone scores with a nice short uppercut.
Morricone lands with a short punch from the clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Consuelue escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Sloppy strikes from Morricone. Those never looked like landing.
Consuelue wants to counter the offense by Morricone and move into the clinch position.
A slapping body kick lands there for Morricone.
Morricone closes the distance and clinches.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Consuelue.

Consuelue closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Morricone's guard.
Consuelue sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Morricone's guard.
Consuelue wants to take a breather but Morricone is having none of it.

Consuelue is looking to take a break and control but Morricone is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Consuelue takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Consuelue wants to pass to mount but Morricone is defending the position.
Consuelue seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Consuelue shoots in and bounces Morricone off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Crunch! Morricone slams his shin into Consuelue's torso.
Morricone lands a jab to the nose.
Leo Morricone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Morricone looks to land a combination but Consuelue avoids it well.
Consuelue fails with the takedown.
Leo Morricone is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Morricone drops Consuelue with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Consuelue! Morricone dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
