Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kali Turner (ranked 7672 p4p, 0 weight class) and Devon Stitches (ranked 4904 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Santiago Holmes and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stitches throws a sloppy body shot
and Turner counters with a stiff right hand.
Stitches misses with a wild combination.
Turner swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Stitches.
Turner doesn't manage to clinch there - Stitches circles away.
Stitches with the counter takedown but Turner avoids it easily.
Stitches closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Turner throws Stitches to one side and escapes!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Stitches tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Turner was well out of range. Poor timing from Stitches.

Stitches closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Stitches lands in his opponent's guard.
Stitches wants to pass the guard but Turner is keeping the position.

Stitches throws a big elbow that misses.
Stitches postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Turner seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Stitches is pushing down on Turner's leg trying to pass to half guard. Turner is fighting to maintain full guard but Stitches has managed to sneak the leg through.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Stitches seems to be looking for submissions.
Stitches is taking a breather. Turner says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Turner is looking for a sweep. Stitches is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Stitches tries to pass the half guard into mount. Turner knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Stitches in particular looking to stall.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Turner takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
It looked like Turner wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
The fighters circling - Turner throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Stitches displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Turner throws out the jab.
Turner bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Turner tries to score with some ground and pound. Stitches controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Turner knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Stitches on the ground.

Turner is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Stitches is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Turner misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Stitches closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Stitches fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Turner to the ground. Stitches is now in Turner's guard.
Turner is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Stitches presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
Stitches tries to break free but Turner pushes him back against the cage.
Stitches keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Turner's efforts to push away.
Turner escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A looping hook to the body misses from Turner. Stitches does a little dance to reset his feet.
Turner fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Stitches manages to avoid it.
Turner throws a right hand that Stitches ducks under and follows up with a left that Stitches also avoids with ease.

Stitches uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Turner.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Stitches enables Turner to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Stitches manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Turner won't allow Stitches to sweep him here.
