Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mujtaba Mian (ranked 4720 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Long (ranked 7357 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mujtaba Mian!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Frank Long!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Ben Hemmingworth and Ben Watson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Long fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Mian, pushing him back against the cage.

Long breaks from the clinch.
Mian misses with a series of wild punches.
Mian tries to move into range but Long moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Mian misses with a double jab.
Long slips a jab and a cross from Mian.
Long shapes to counter with a head kick.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Long.
Long blocks a jab.
Mian misses with a combination

and Long moves into the clinch.

Long pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Long avoids a punch combination nicely.
Long wants to counter with a clinch but Mian pushes him away.

Long moves into range and clinches up with Mian.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Long prevents Mian from breaking the clinch.

Long ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Long no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Mian in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Mian stands up and waves to Long to follow him.
Mujtaba Mian is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Long has taken the fight to the clinch.
Mian tries to break free but Long pushes him back against the cage.
Mian is trying to break free.
Long has Mian pressed against the cage, preventing Mian from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Long stalling against the cage.
Mian wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Long escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Mian throws a nice looking combination but Long bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Long has a takedown stuffed.

Long has taken the fight to the clinch.

Long's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Long dips to his left and cracks Mian with an uppercut!

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Long clinches up with Mian and pushes him back against the cage.
Mian prevents a takedown attempt there.
Mujtaba Mian has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Frank Long.
Mian tries to break free but Long pushes him back against the cage.
Mian wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Long pushes Mian back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Long has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Mian avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Long breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Long closes the distance and clinches.

Mian breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Long drives through and clinches with Mian against the cage.
A frustrated look appears on Mian's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Mian breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Long takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Long looks winded!
Mian throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Long drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

It looks like Frank Long has been cut.
Mian tries to close the distance and clinch up but Long swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Mian lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Long up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Mian from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Long's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Mujtaba Mian!
