Checkert really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Campos. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Checkert is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Campos is surviving well by controlling Checkert 's body position as best he can.

Checkert can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Campos is looking to escape.
Campos is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Campos wants to hold on but Checkert pushes him away.
Checkert takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Checkert is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Campos sees it coming and defends easily.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Campos looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Checkert is defending well. Campos quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Checkert has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Campos celebrates on the ropes, with the crowd.
