The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Swas drops his hands momentarily and Schumacher takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Swas is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Swas changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Schumacher looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Swas looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Schumacher is avoiding damage well.
Swas is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Schumacher's shoulder. That is not cool.
Let's hope that Swas has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Schumacher is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at High Kicks, so we'll see if he gets out of it.
