Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Big Goy (ranked 4013 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jurgen Locadia (ranked 4514 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Michael Johnstone and Sandra Marshall.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goy throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Locadia's waist but Locadia gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Goy off to one side.

Goy closes the distance and pushes Locadia back into the cage.
Locadia misses with a punch to the body.

Goy manages to break the clinch.
Locadia throws an ugly left hook that misses

and Goy counters by moving into the clinch.

Goy breaks the clinch.
Locadia fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Goy manages to avoid it.
Locadia throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Goy has taken the fight to the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Locadia keeps the fight on the outside.
Goy shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Locadia defends it nicely.

Locadia lands a nice looking body shot.

Goy feints and as Locadia raises his hands in defense, Goy changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Locadia pushes Goy off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Goy ducks right into an uppercut from Locadia.
Goy tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Locadia counters with a stiff right hand.

It looks like Big Goy has been cut.

Goy looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Locadia!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Locadia is trying to get back to his feet.

Locadia explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!
Goy shoots in for a takedown but Locadia shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Big Goy . That's going to take a lot out of him.
Goy throws a series of punches but Locadia moves out of range.
Nice sprawl there from Locadia as Goy shoots in.
Goy takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Goy is breathing heavily.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Goy .

Goy closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Locadia did well to prevent Goy getting side control.

Locadia kicks off Goy and gets to his feet.
Locadia's jab looks to have found its range, popping Goy under the eye.

Locadia uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Locadia lands with an overhand left.
Goy tries to clinch up
and Locadia counters with a left to the body.

Locadia cracks Goy with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Goy looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Locadia finish him?

Goy is rocked!
Locadia moves in close and cracks Goy with a massive right hand! Goy , frozen momentarily in time, tumbles to the canvas, already out cold! A brutal knockout by Locadia!
