Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ander Herrera (ranked 4718 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Cranswick (ranked 7114 p4p, 0 weight class). Herrera kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is X Gon Give It To Ya. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cranswick throws a body punch but Herrera moves out of range.
Herrera has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Herrera with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Cranswick to score with a decent uppercut.
Herrera will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Cranswick! But no joy.
Cranswick throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
David Cranswick seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Herrera throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Cranswick's waist but Cranswick gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Herrera off to one side.

Herrera has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Cranswick avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Herrera shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Herrera was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
