Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Danny Francone (ranked 6977 p4p, 489 weight class) and Thisguy Willwhoopu (ranked 5613 p4p, 430 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Francone swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Willwhoopu throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
A combination from Francone does no damage.
Nice shot by Francone.
Francone tries to bum rush Willwhoopu with a series of wild strikes but Willwhoopu uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Francone enables Willwhoopu to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Francone manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Willwhoopu is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Willwhoopu is trying hard to land a takedown here. Francone sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

It looked like Francone was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Willwhoopu dives in and grabs Francone's left leg, looking for a takedown. Francone pushes down on Willwhoopu's head and hops out.

Francone will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Willwhoopu wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Willwhoopu uses the cage to get back to his feet.

Francone gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Francone wants to get back to striking at distance but Willwhoopu won't allow it.
Francone is looking to break free of the clinch but Willwhoopu has double underhooks.

Willwhoopu jumps guard and drags Francone to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Willwhoopu is looking to cinch up a triangle. Francone throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Willwhoopu's body to avoid the submission. Willwhoopu has instead reached around Francone's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Willwhoopu arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
