Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kake Kelli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and nate towles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, nate towles!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Robert Twigg and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
towles gets a takedown into half guard.
towles trying to mount his opponent but Kelli defends it.
towles throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Kelli is trying to control but can't.
towles seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Kelli does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
towles gets to his feet - back to striking we go!
Kelli fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with towles, pushing him back against the cage.
towles can't get the takedown.
Kelli gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Kelli lands an elbow that stopped towles in his tracks for a moment.
Kelli stops a takedown attempt from towles.
Kelli works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
towles tries to pull guard but Kelli holds him up against the cage and eventually towles drops back down to his feet.
Kake Kelli has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of nate towles.
Kelli breaks from the clinch.
Kake Kelli seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kelli moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
towles decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
towles is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Kelli has managed to free his arm - good work.
towles looks gassed!
towles is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kelli is trying to stand.
Kelli is pressing down on towles's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
towles drops back, looking for a kneebar! Kelli looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Kelli looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Kelli!
Kelli decides to stand back up. Kelli steps back and let's towles get back to his feet.
towles decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
towles controlling the pace.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
towles has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
towles trying to control but he's not successful this time.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
towles has hold of an arm here, looking to extend it. He's committed to the armbar attempt here! Will he get it?! Yes! Kelli is forced to tap!
