The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Winston Alpacca and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A right-left combo lands from Man.
Jab, jab by Man - just one landing.
Man gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Lorenzon to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Lorenzon trying to control the position from guard on top but Man is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Lorenzon stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Man swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Man keeping moving, preventing Lorenzon from controlling successfully.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Man looking to hit a scissor sweep but Lorenzon is one step ahead there.
Man knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lorenzon on the ground.
Lorenzon looking to pass the guard.

Lorenzon tries to pass to full mount but Man defends it.
Lorenzon is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Man defends it well.
Lorenzon is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lorenzon is pressing down on Man's thigh, looking to free his foot. Man is holding on for now.

Lorenzon is still trying to improve position.
Man is trying to stand up here but Lorenzon is controlling him well.
Lorenzon seems to be looking for submissions.
