Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tank Abbot Jr!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ichigo Keenwah!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Andrew Berry and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abbot Jr scores with a hook.
It looks like Ichigo Keenwah has been cut.
Sloppy strikes from Keenwah. Those never looked like landing.
Abbot Jr throws a hook but Keenwah avoids it easily.
Keenwah throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Tank Abbot Jr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Abbot Jr ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Keenwah blocks a jab.
A looping hook to the body misses from Abbot Jr. Keenwah does a little dance to reset his feet.
Abbot Jr looks to throw the jab but Keenwah is out of range.
Keenwah doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
A punch lands to the side of Keenwah 's head but he takes it in his stride.
A slow jab from Abbot Jr misses its intended target.
Abbot Jr pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Abbot Jr bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Keenwah's head backwards.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Abbot Jr scores with a decent looking hook.
Abbot Jr keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Keenwah.
Keenwah misses with an uppercut. Abbot Jr saw that one coming.
Keenwah uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Abbot Jr.
Abbot Jr misses with a straight right.
Abbot Jr drops Keenwah with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Keenwah looks back up at him and smiles so Abbot Jr waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Keenwah is rocked!
That has opened up Ichigo Keenwah's cut even more.
Abbot Jr fakes the body blow, causing Keenwah to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Keenwah goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Tank Abbot Jr!
