Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Egor Mishanenkov (ranked 4048 p4p, 5119 weight class) and Kana Rulla (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Egor Mishanenkov could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Kana Rulla's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Winston Alpacca and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A decent looking cross lands there for Rulla.
Rulla waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Mishanenkov.
Mishanenkov slips a straight right by Rulla.
Rulla misses with a straight left.
Mishanenkov closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Mishanenkov dives in and grabs Rulla's left leg, looking for a takedown. Rulla pushes down on Mishanenkov's head and hops out.
Rulla swings and misses with a hook to the body.
It looked like Mishanenkov was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Rulla lands a jab.
Rulla throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Mishanenkov.

As Rulla looks to move away, Mishanenkov throws a big counter combo but Rulla just gets out of the way.
Mishanenkov definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Mishanenkov looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Rulla swings for the body but Mishanenkov moves out of range.
Mishanenkov closes the distance and clinches up with Rulla, looking for a takedown. Mishanenkov pushes Rulla against the cage but Rulla circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Kana Rulla seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rulla throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Mishanenkov ducks under a wild hook from Rulla.

Rulla cracks Mishanenkov with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Rulla misses the shot to the body.
Rulla scores with a jab.
Mishanenkov changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rulla tries to avoid it but Mishanenkov manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rulla to the ground. Rulla escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Egor Mishanenkov. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Jab, jab by Rulla - just one landing.

Rulla is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Mishanenkov had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Rulla cracks a nice hook into Mishanenkov's ribs.
Oh Mishanenkov is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mishanenkov is breathing heavily.
No luck for Mishanenkov with that takedown attempt.
Are you kidding me?! Rulla ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Mishanenkov clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!
