Coming up we have a lightweight kickboxing rules bout between Ryu Takemura (ranked 23875 p4p, 568 weight class) and Shinji Takada (ranked 25498 p4p, 560 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takemura ducks under a wild hook from Takada.
Takada lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Takemura looks to score with a jab to the body but Takada is just out of range.

Takemura uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Takada.

Takemura connects with a quick right hand that sends Takada tumbling backwards onto the canvas! As his head bounces into the ropes, it doesn't look good for him beating the count! 3,4,5,6,7 and he's up! No, he's back down again! This one is all over - the referee has called off the fight!
