Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pennet bucks up and tries to throw Norman off but instead Norman has got his back!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Norman throws a big right hand but he misses and hits the mat. Ouch.

Pennet wants to stand but Norman has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Pennet decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Pennet throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
BJ Pennet seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Pennet pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Pennet.
Pennet tries to clinch there but Norman circles away.
Pennet fails with an attempt to clinch.

Norman darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Norman tries to pass to full mount but Pennet defends it.
Norman throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Norman has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Norman passes to side control.
Norman throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Pennet takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.

Pennet is looking to get back to his feet here but Norman is keeping cool and he's managed to take Pennet's back.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
