Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tirako Naroggu (ranked 5673 p4p, 577 weight class) and Hank Murdock (ranked 7758 p4p, 689 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Tirako Naroggu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hank Murdock!
The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Valeri Chadov and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Naroggu throws a lazy head kick
and Murdock counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Murdock is looking to clinch but Naroggu is avoiding it.
Murdock thumps Naroggu with a low kick.
Naroggu throws a nice looking combination but Murdock bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Naroggu goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Murdock slips under a jab.
Naroggu shoots for a takedown but Murdock saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Murdock unleashes a big counter combination but Naroggu bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Naroggu feints a jab promting Murdock to slip. Naroggu then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Murdock slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Naroggu misses with a body kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Murdock tries to clinch but Naroggu moves out of range.
Naroggu looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Murdock is looking to improve his position.

Murdock is refusing to be controlled, as Naroggu sits in half guard.
Naroggu is looking for a kimura but Murdock is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Naroggu to get the leverage.

Murdock moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Naroggu stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Murdock swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Murdock looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Murdock can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Naroggu controls the pace.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Naroggu is working Murdock over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Murdock tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Naroggu wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Tirako Naroggu overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Murdock is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Naroggu has just dragged him back down to the mat.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Naroggu cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Tirako Naroggu spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
